Advise on how information is gathered, entered, and used
Help clients ask the right questions of their data
Contextualize and illustrate gaps between client information infrastructure and best-practice functionality
Assess client systems and processes to support high-performing fundraising programs
Develop business processes and standard operating procedures
Evaluate the integrity and flow of data in complex organizations

Experience working with Salesforce as an administrator and/or developer
Technical proficiency to recognize, scope, and design optimal data management methods
Understanding of systems architecture best practices and data governance
Familiarity with data analysis and working with large data sets
Understanding of the data life cycle from entry to insight
Experience interacting with stakeholders at various levels across departments
Outstanding organizational skills
