Role Overview
- Lead the global TPM agenda and shape sourcing decisions
- Build long term co manufacturer partnerships to elevate competitiveness
- Shape and drive category strategies for product lines
- Deploy TCO thinking and lead fact based negotiations
- Manage strategic co manufacturer relationships to drive innovation
- Ensure flawless New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Ensure competitive supplier selection and adherence to procurement governance
Requirements
- 10+ years of procurement experience in Direct Materials or Third Party Manufacturing
- Proven track record leading global or multi country teams
- Confident in shaping category strategies, building sourcing models
- Analytical and data driven, proficient in Excel, Power BI
- Fluent in English (mandatory), additional language skills preferred (Spanish, French, German)
- Comfortable traveling up to 30% of the time to visit co manufacturers and partners
