Support the Partner and Manager in implementing insurance consulting engagements
Overseeing and developing junior staff
Work closely with clients and be committed to providing them exceptional service
Perform quality audit service focusing on insurance sector
Participate in IPO-related, due diligence, and transaction types of assignments
Act as a point of contact for both manager and client
Support the planning and monitoring of engagement as well as identifying potential audit issues
Build up your expertise via analyzing data and coming up with meaningful data sets
Grow coaching and supervision skill
Contribute to the operational excellence of our audit practice
Stay relevant to the latest regulatory requirements via structured online and offline training

University degree(s) holder in any disciplines
Minimum 3-4 years’ experience as an auditor with hands-on knowledge of the insurance sector
Members or finalist of HKICPA, CPAA, ACCA or equivalent' are preferred (but not a must)
Excellent project management skills
Good communication skills, analytical, problem solving and team building skills
Proactive and flexible in adapting to new environment, people and team structure
Ability to work independently and as a team leader in a challenging environment
Able to communicate effectively in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
