Work-Study – Customer Service Assistant

Role Overview

• You manage a portfolio of VIP customers to minimize churn.
• You monitor the activity of our installers.
• You update our business knowledge base and reporting.
• You contribute your expertise to automate our reports.
• You coordinate beta tests and collect customer feedback and insights.
• You help improve our customer relationships and support partner follow-up.

Requirements

• You are comfortable with, or highly interested in, technical matters.
• You are proficient in Power BI and Excel, and ideally in SQL.
• You have strong analytical and synthesis skills and are responsive.
• You are autonomous and rigorous, and able to adapt easily in a complex environment where processes evolve quickly.
• You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and team spirit.
