About this role
Role Overview
You manage a portfolio of VIP customers to minimize churn.
You monitor the activity of our installers.
You update our business knowledge base and reporting.
You contribute your expertise to automate our reports.
You coordinate beta tests and collect customer feedback and insights.
You help improve our customer relationships and support partner follow-up.
Requirements
You are comfortable with, or highly interested in, technical matters.
You are proficient in Power BI and Excel, and ideally in SQL.
You have strong analytical and synthesis skills and are responsive.
You are autonomous and rigorous, and able to adapt easily in a complex environment where processes evolve quickly.
You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and team spirit.
