Support the Partner and Manager in implementing investment banking exposure consulting engagements
Oversee and develop junior staff
Work closely with clients and provide exceptional service
Perform quality audit service focusing on the investment banking sector
Participate in IPO-related, due diligence, and transaction types of assignments
Act as a point of contact for both manager and client
Support planning and monitoring of engagement
Identify potential audit issues
Build expertise via analysing data
Enrich project management skills from planning to completion
Grow coaching and supervision skills
Contribute to operational excellence of audit practice
Stay relevant to latest regulatory requirements via training

University degree(s) holder in any disciplines
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience as an auditor with hands-on knowledge of the investment banking sector
Members or finalists of HKICPA, CPAA, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred (but not a must)
Excellent project management skills
Good communication skills, analytical, problem-solving, and team building skills
Proactive and flexible in adapting to new environments, people, and team structure
Ability to work independently and as a team leader in a challenging environment
Able to communicate effectively in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
