Lead the creation and implementation of the Marketing Strategy for Overlay, Omino Bianco, WC Net, Merito and Fornet brands in Greece
Coordinate with all stakeholders to secure the solid implementation of all aspects of the marketing plan
Follow-up, measure & evaluate plan
Identify and exploit new initiatives
Recommend and implement the launch of new brands/products and all related activities
Closely monitors and analyzes competition, market and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities and make timely recommendations to adapt plans accordingly
Sell-in & sell-out data analysis and reporting
Provide strong decision support and robust recommendations based on data-driven insights
Responsible for the budget preparation, follow-up and monitoring throughout the year in order to meet sales and profit targets
Forecasting, pricing monitoring, accountable for the brands’ P&L
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a comparable course of study
Postgraduate studies will be considered a strong plus
At least 4 years of solid experience in Marketing, preferably in FMCG industry
PC literacy, expert handling of Excel and PPT
Digital experience, interest on digital trend and new platforms
Fluency in English
Italian will be considered an asset
