Independently and responsibly plan and control external co-packers and/or internal production (assigned area), including prior capacity calculations
Ensure the delivery capability of all assigned finished goods
Material planning and order processing for production materials, as well as handling correspondence, complaints, schedule monitoring and dunning/reminders
Plan and optimize process chains and continuously document them
Coordinate and cooperate with all areas across the supply chain (purchasing, production, traffic, demand planning and logistics)
Requirements
Completed commercial/business training; additional qualification in logistics and/or materials management is desirable
Several years of professional experience in material planning, purchasing and/or production planning in a manufacturing environment and a good understanding of upstream and downstream commercial production processes
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP, particularly Excel and preferably SAP APO
Independent, structured, proactive, results-oriented, precise and sometimes pragmatic, solution-focused working style combined with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Good communication skills, a friendly and professional manner, commitment, team orientation and empathy
Proven proficiency in German and English
