Serve as a strategic thought partner to the executive team
Deliver data-driven analyses that inform key decisions
Build and maintain complex financial models
Support M&A evaluation and integration activities
Operationalize analytical insights into repeatable processes
Partner with the CFO and COO to prepare board-ready materials
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
Work closely with the FP&A team to ensure strategic analyses are grounded in consistent financial data

Prior professional experience working in investment banking and/or private equity investment firms
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Proven ability to design and operationalize new processes
Process-oriented mindset
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field
MBA from a top-tier program (preferred)
Direct experience at a PE-backed SaaS company (preferred)
Experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) (preferred)
Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms commonly used in SaaS finance and operations (preferred)
