About this role
Role Overview
- Editing and preparing short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts & other platforms
- Independently creating social content (Reels, clips, teasers, recaps)
- Fast, dynamic cuts with a focus on hooks, pacing and storytelling
- Adapting videos to current trends, platform formats and algorithms
- Close collaboration with our marketing and content team
- Selecting, structuring and preparing footage (events, artists, behind-the-scenes)
- Occasional creation of simple animations or text overlays (nice-to-have)
- Optional: Supporting on-site content production at festivals and events
Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing with a strong social-media focus
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus but not required)
- Strong sense for trends, brand aesthetics and current social-media formats
- Understanding of what performs well: short videos, quick cuts, strong hooks
- Reliable, independent and organized working style
- Creativity, proactivity and a hands-on mentality
- Passion for music, festivals, pop culture and digital trends
