Responsible for handling expert inquiries from Service and Sales – solution-oriented, clear, and legally sound
Independently handle and decide on complex specialist cases
Support and accompany the implementation of a new core system for health insurance – identify and implement optimization measures
Further develop technical guidelines and maintain our knowledge base
Act as the professional contact for freelancers – including proactive communication with chambers and professional associations
Ongoing quality and process controls to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards, including documentation and derivation of concrete improvement measures
Actively contribute to the optimization and automation of processes

Several years of professional experience in the health insurance sector
Completed education in a business or legal field
Excellent time and self-management, decisiveness, and initiative
Strong team-player mentality within an expert team
Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and initial experience with Power BI
Resilience, enthusiasm, and reliability in day-to-day operations
Excellent spoken and written German and English
