About this role
Role Overview
Contribute to the UCP program and the ongoing development of digital products
Provide end-to-end support for the requirements process from elicitation through to rollout
Closely collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external partners
Analyze and consolidate customer-centric data requirements
Further develop a central customer platform (UCP)
Define data use cases for personalization, analytics, and reporting
Ensure data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR)
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in an insurance IT environment as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role
Experience analyzing complex business and technical requirements
Solid agile expertise and enthusiasm for working in cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills and an understanding of complex organizational structures
Excellent German and English language skills
