Design, operation and optimization of Conditional Access policies (Zero Trust, risk-based, device compliance)
Implementation and further development of a desktop Landing Zone including security baselines and access controls
Management of central identity management processes (lifecycle, roles, privileged access, recertification)
Collaboration with IAM, Workplace, Cyber Defense, SOC and platform teams
Documentation and implementation of security standards, policies and architectural guidelines
Analysis of security-related events and definition of remediation measures
Participation in security and workplace projects (e.g. M365, modernization)
Conducting CA/policy reviews, hardening checks and supporting audits & compliance

Several years of experience with Azure AD/Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, Device Compliance or Microsoft 365 Security
Knowledge of Zero Trust, access security models, hardening & baselines
Experience with Landing Zone architectures (workplace or cloud)
Advantageous: PowerShell, enterprise experience, certifications (SC-300, SC-100, AZ-500)
Analytical, structured and responsible working style
