Role Overview
- Verify invoices in the Individual Payment Receipt Inquiry – SUNAT
- Prepare the physical supporting documents for the monthly Purchase Register
- Prepare the monthly Purchase Register Excel file
- Update all relevant files to make monthly accruals
- Register invoices
- Prepare payment proposals
- Process payment offsets
- Validate invoices on the SUNAT website
- Monitor daily bank balances
- Process collection offsets
- Prepare accounting analyses
- Prepare expense accrual reports
- Reverse accruals when invoices arrive
- Other activities required by the Accounting, Finance, and/or Administration departments
Requirements
- Students of the 7th cycle or more in Accounting
- Preferably experience in some of the training areas indicated (Not essential)
- Microsoft Office (Excel
- intermediate or advanced)
- Good communication skills
- Good skills to work in high performance teams
- Intermediate English (Required)
