About this role
Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end project management of large-scale security systems (e.g., access control, surveillance, command centres, integrated solutions)
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve timely and cost-effective delivery
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project objectives
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining compliance with industry standards and safety requirements
- Provide clear communication and regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams
- Assist in engineering system design, implementation, integration, testing and commissioning of ICT projects
- Responsible for ICT projects system installation and deployment, checkout, integration, testing and documentation to meet project milestones
- Manage vendors and internal line of business to ensure timely and quality delivery to project
- Sites coordination and supervision during project implementation according to design
- Report to Program Director and other stakeholders on project technical progress
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with strong exposure to large-scale security systems projects
- PMP certification is preferred
- Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Working knowledge of computer hardware and software preferred (e.g. server, firewall or network equipment configuration)
- Knowledge in implementing security systems ICT projects
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Willing to learn and shows good attitude, agile and able to handle additional roles
