Lead a team of system interface engineers in a site environment.
Act as primary customer contact for ISCS Interface activities.
Lead technical sessions with Customer, External Consultants and SWCs (System Wide Contractors) to discuss System Interface issues.
Manage and be fully responsible for the planning and schedule of interface testing with subsystems of major SWCs.
Working closely with software development teams to drive technical development leading the delivery of ISCS software for ITC (Integrated Testing and Commissioning activities).
Follow up on Interface Related Documents such as but not limited to ICDs, IDDs, OMPDs, etc.
Follow up with Software Development Team for software interface related issues, etc.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in railway systems.
Good communication and customer management skills is an advantage.
Able to work under pressure and deliver project within tight timeline.
Self-Management before being able to manage others is a must.
Must be able to work as a team player as well as a team lead.
