Clinical Research Specialist

Role Overview

• Design and initiate clinical studies, author protocols and reports, synthesize literature.
• Build partnerships with universities and clinics across our global network.
• Drive and assist in the preparation and review of essential documents such as study protocols.
• Conduct on-site and remote monitoring visits to ensure proper documentation and protocol adherence.
• Verify that clinical trial data is complete, accurate, and verifiable against source documents.
• Collect, validate, organize, and manage clinical study data.
• Provide training and ongoing support to site staff on protocol requirements, GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Act as a liaison between TePe Oral Hygiene Products and study sites, providing regular updates on study progress.

Requirements

• University degree in life sciences, preferably dentistry.
• Previous experience in clinical research, preferably in a similar role.
• Good scientific writing skills.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, MDR and other regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Commercial mindset.
• Good presentation skills.
