About this role

You'll own Potential Infraction Calls, High-Risk Call Reviews (sales over specific dollar amounts), and Refunded Call Reviews.
You’ll create Quality Infractions and make sure every rep completes the assigned training so issues never repeat.
You’ll become the guardian who helps our entire team achieve complete script adherence without variation.
Daily, you’ll play a direct role in helping management reach KPI Benchmarks and lead the charge to completely eliminate all compliance infraction risk from Tribe.

You’re analytical, organized, and love deep-dive audit and review work
You have a natural eye for compliance and enjoy protecting high standards
You’re passionate about health & wellness (you’ll be reviewing real customer health protocol calls)
You’re a self-starter who thrives with clear SOPs and zero-tolerance for deviation
You’ve got the tech setup: a fast computer, stable internet (Octane Speed 20,000+), a backup plan for outages, and a headset
Sales, quality, or audit experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person from scratch
