About this role
Role Overview
Building strong and lasting relationships with Tibber customers by delivering world-class customer service across multiple channels
Researching and resolving customer questions, concerns and issues quickly and effectively
Developing knowledge of Tibber's products, services and technologies to provide accurate information and assistance to customers
Helping customers and troubleshooting for both software and hardware
Handling questions related to billing, account updates and contracts
Informing customers about energy-saving opportunities and sustainability
Accurately maintaining records of interactions with customers
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements
Requirements
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluency in Dutch and English
Experience in customer service or another relevant field
Customer-oriented mentality and empathetic attitude
Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
Technically literate and comfortable in a technology-driven environment
Interest in smart products and sustainability
