Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into high-quality solutions
- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and Web UI technologies
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems through REST or SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with SQL or MySQL
- Agile delivery methods experience
- Clear documentation and knowledge sharing practice
- Certifications such as ServiceNow System Administrator or Implementation Specialist are appreciated
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues is a plus
