Working Student – Finance

Role Overview

• Support in the operational day-to-day activities of the back office
• Scanning, digitizing and archiving documents and receipts
• Preparatory bookkeeping (checking, sorting and coding of documents)
• Maintenance and management of documents and master data
• Support with invoicing and invoice verification
• General administrative tasks

Requirements

• Enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Structured, meticulous and independent working style
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• High reliability and discretion when handling sensitive data
• Some prior experience in a commercial/administrative environment is an advantage but not required
