Manage external agency relationships

Ensure that spectrum of CSI techniques and expertise are adequately leveraged

Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Market Research, Food Science, Chemistry, Food Engineering or related area
Min 8-10 years functional and leadership experience in industry (Flavour House, FMCG).
Min 2-3 years people management experience.

Identify and influence strategies – Advanced.
Manage and deploy knowledge – Advanced.
Sensory Science (Essential).
Consumer Sensory Insights (Advanced).
