Partner closely with Sales Representative(s) to quickly learn the medical device industry and Foot & Ankle business
Contribute to the growth of the business in the assigned territory
Cover cases in the assigned territory, marketing and promotion of the products
Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel regarding Stryker products
Work with sales teams to identify sales opportunities and deliver excellent customer service
Assist in the implementation of new sales plans and effective marketing strategies
Partner with Sales Representative(s) on inventory management and building of proper inventory levels
Maintain training in sales skills and products

Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification ( i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
4+ years of active duty military service
Travel Percentage: 10%
