Represent the hotel professionally by upholding proper grooming standards, conduct and ability to present the hotel product and services effectively.
Day-to-day sales activities include telemarketing, sales calls, hotel visits, entertainment, virtual presentations etc.
Generate new sales leads/ prospects and establish new accounts to grow client base.
Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients through sales calls and regular site inspection to maintain loyalty.
Manage leads and enquiries and provide suitable solutions promptly.
Be familiar and diligent with various company systems and sales tools, such as property management system, customer relationship management system, booker loyalty where applicable.
Provide timely updates to superior and team on activities and market information.
Review account portfolio regularly and present to management to provide analysis of each account and forward action plans.
Compliance with statutory regulations and internal guidelines/ SOPs.
Follow up with clients whose payments are outstanding and overdue.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing
Those with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking and organisational skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
