Senior Safety Manager

Role Overview

• Plan, manage and implement the field safety program and teams for the division.
• Represent the company during inspections, lead investigations and manage Safety Managers.
• Communicate safety philosophies and values to team members and project managers.
• Administer and monitor drug and alcohol testing in accordance with requirements.
• Conduct regular safety audits of construction projects and provide recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety/health, construction management or related field (Required)
• 8+ years construction safety experience (Required)
• 2+ people management experience (Required)
