Drive new software sales within Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical customers across India.
Manage and grow strategic accounts while expanding AVEVA’s footprint within existing customers.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets for orders and revenue.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across the territory.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility.
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Work closely with solution consultants, product specialists, marketing teams, and partners to progress opportunities and support demand generation initiatives.
Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges in Life Sciences manufacturing and quality management.
Position AVEVA’s software solutions to deliver measurable business value.
Requirements
8–12 years of experience in enterprise software sales or account management
Proven track record of selling software solutions into Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences organizations
Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Minimum 50% exposure to software sales within overall career or current portfolio
Preferred Exposure to selling any of the following software solutions: Veeva, Honeywell TrackWise, ETQ, MasterControl, Rockwell FTPC, Plex, Werum PAS-X, Siemens Opcenter, Dassault Systèmes BIOVIA etc
Strong enterprise sales and account management skills
Analytical approach to opportunity identification and competitive positioning
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-driven professional comfortable operating in a field-sales environment
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
