Role Overview
- Own and optimize user acquisition funnels
- Run growth experiments across paid, SEO, lifecycle, and CRO
- Scale paid marketing channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Improve activation and onboarding conversion
- Own landing pages, A/B tests, and funnel analytics
- Collaborate closely with Product & Engineering
- Track and improve CAC, LTV, MRR growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role within the software development industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies for small to medium-sized companies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
