About this role
Role Overview
Lead EHS expansion readiness for new corporate office locations.
Translate local regulatory requirements into standardized EHS controls, templates, and implementation plans.
Build scalable compliance frameworks that support multi-country operations.
Maintain a global requirements tracker and support regulatory intelligence processes.
Help select, implement, and optimize the EHS safety management system (SMS).
Define data governance and program standards.
Build repeatable workflows connecting EHS work to business processes.
Own program documentation standards.
Develop and manage AI-enabled workflows and internal “agents.”
Partner with IT/Security and Legal to ensure tooling aligns with governance and privacy requirements.
Create adoption plans, training, and change management for effective tool use.
Drive multi-workstream execution across global stakeholders.
Create and maintain scalable playbooks for new sites.
Support EHS reporting and program reviews by producing dashboards and executive summaries.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering or related field preferred.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in EHS program management, global operations, compliance, or safety systems in a multi-site environment.
Demonstrated experience scaling programs across multiple countries or regions.
Strong systems mindset; comfortable designing workflows and governance models.
Experience implementing or administering EHS management systems or adjacent platforms.
Comfort working with technical partners to build automation and AI-enabled workflows.
Strong cross-functional leadership and execution skills in fast-moving environments.
Ability to travel as needed (10–20%).
Certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHMM, or equivalent preferred.
