About this role
Role Overview
Advise and support customers during the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on core HR processes
Analyze business processes and model customer-specific process proposals and improvements
Take on responsibility and act as a (partial) project manager in implementation projects in the area of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation / Variable Pay (also Employee Central)
Work independently within a team that is there for each other and develops ideas together
Requirements
Experience in several SAP SuccessFactors Compensation/Variable Pay implementation projects and ideally also (initial) experience in the Employee Central area
Very good knowledge and certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation/Variable Pay, ideally supplemented by further certifications
Willingness to learn and curiosity
Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and in particular to support less experienced consultants in their induction training
High degree of self-organization and strong communication skills
Fluent German and good English skills
Moderate willingness to travel
