You qualify leads and actively bring them into our sales process
You learn the entire B2B sales cycle from the ground up and continuously develop your communication skills
You work closely with our team and the founders and have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas

Highly motivated and enthusiastic
Strong communication skills and not afraid to make calls to potential customers
Ability to inspire others about innovative technologies and explain complex topics in a clear, understandable way
First experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or account management is a plus
Independent working style and genuine willingness to learn
Curious about AI technologies and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment
Very good German skills and good English skills
