You are responsible for the commercial management and further development of our product portfolio — from reordering and inventory levels to digital marketing.
You always maintain an overview of performance, profitability and process efficiency.
Analyze and manage the financial results of our product groups (sales, margin, inventory turnover).
Operational responsibility for reorders, invoice verification, overstock management and returns.
Close collaboration with Marketing to plan and evaluate PPC campaigns and sales promotions.
Derive actionable recommendations to optimize the portfolio and increase revenue.
Act as an interface between Purchasing, Sales, Marketing and Logistics — you keep all threads together.
Requirements
Completed degree or commercial training in business, retail or media management
3–6 years of professional experience
Experience in Category Management, e‑commerce or portfolio management (ideally in a retail or publishing environment)
You think entrepreneurially and have a strong commercial mindset
You work hands‑on, seek pragmatic solutions and want to make an impact
You are driven by impact and results
You are analytical, structured and keep an overview of numbers and processes
Experience with Amazon or other marketplaces is desirable
Excellent German and English skills (at least C1)
