About this role

You develop data, AI, and analytics solutions with real business impact – from use-case definition through modeling and data integration to production deployment at our well-known clients.
Design, develop and implement data, AI and advanced analytics solutions
Programming & automation: Python scripts, APIs, small web apps (e.g., Flask, Streamlit, FastAPI)
Data engineering & analytics: build data pipelines, connect databases, process and analyze large datasets
Machine learning: build pipelines, integrate databases, perform analyses and detect patterns
Visualize & present: communicate dashboards, reports & insights clearly and understandably
Stakeholder management: translate technical content into business-friendly terms and collaborate closely with clients

Experience in or affinity for multiple data disciplines (data science, engineering, analytics, development)
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, Excel and – enthusiasm to learn new tools quickly
Experience handling large datasets and machine learning methods
Pragmatism, initiative and strong communication skills
Fluent German language skills (C1+)
