Role Overview
- Manage daily operational activities including mailbox monitoring, payment processing, and stakeholder reporting
- Monitor mailboxes, triage and allocate queries to respective owners
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business processes
- Prepare reports and distribute to banking partners
- Process various payment transactions
- Assist with ad-hoc operational projects and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant degrees welcome for fresh graduates
