Takes full ownership of the lifecycle of an assigned product portfolio
Responsibility for the timely and error free execution of the team's assigned service catalogue
Ensures timely and seamless launch of funds, restructurings and wind-downs in close collaboration with sales, structuring, operational teams and external service providers
Proactively interacts with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to assess satisfaction, identify issues and independently implement robust solutions
Solves complex operational issues involving several teams, finding win-win solutions thanks to excellent negotiation skills
Acts as partner for sales in finding solutions for clients while representing operational capabilities assertively
Leading team-relevant projects and contributes to business unit-relevant projects
Reviews output of junior team members and trains less experienced Product Managers, delivers targeted education sessions for the wider team
Highly knowledgeable of regulatory and legal environments
Is an expert with regards to Partners Group’s operational platform
Requirements
University degree or equivalent, with emphasis on business administration, finance or economics
Minimum of 8-10 years of professional work experience in banking, asset management or private markets
Knowhow in the launch and onboarding, implementation and the operational set-up of innovative fund and investment structures is a plus
Relevant experience managing the lifecycle of investment fund products end-to-end
Independent and self-directed person, able to manage effectively and complete complex operating tasks in demanding timelines and with competing priorities
Ability to train, coach, and mentor junior team members
Proven ability to work with others and generate impact in a team environment, willing to go the extra mile
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
