About this role
Role Overview
Execute motion assets across social, CRM, paid media, storefront, and campaign touchpoints.
Animate typography, layouts, and graphic systems developed by Digital Design teams.
Support the creation of motion toolkits and adaptable templates for scalable campaign rollout.
Assist in adapting creative concepts into multiple platform-specific formats and aspect ratios.
Collaborate with Senior Motion Designers to refine pacing, transitions, and visual hierarchy.
Integrate video, photography, and graphic assets into cohesive animated outputs.
Prepare files for delivery across digital platforms, ensuring technical compliance.
Maintain organized project files and adhere to established workflow standards.
Incorporate feedback from Creative Directors and design leads with clarity and precision.
Stay informed on evolving motion trends, tools, and cultural shifts in digital content.
Requirements
1–3 years of motion design experience, internship or professional.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects with working knowledge of Premiere Pro.
Strong foundation in typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Basic understanding of animation principles including timing, easing, and pacing.
Experience creating motion content for social or digital platforms.
Ability to take direction, iterate quickly, and learn in a collaborative team environment.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Passion for music, culture, and digital storytelling.
Curiosity about emerging motion techniques, formats, and tools.
