Advise clients on HR processes and ensure seamless technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on the onboarding process
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors Onboarding processes
Apply your expertise through analysis, consulting, design, and implementation of state-of-the-art HR business process applications
Lead engaging training sessions and hands-on workshops to support end users
Collaborate closely with other SuccessFactors teams to ensure flawless system integration
Continuously explore and master the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and industry best practices
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruiting, or Employee Central
Fluent in German (C1 level) and English
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Hold at least two SuccessFactors certifications
Ambitious, eager to learn, and highly customer-focused
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel
Experience with three full SuccessFactors Onboarding implementations is a plus
