Requirements
At least 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
Fluent in German (B2/C1 level) and English
Familiarity with HR processes
Understanding of cross-module processes and customer needs
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Hold at least one SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
Ambitious, eager to learn, and strongly customer-oriented
Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel.
