Prepares comprehensive engineering documents including inspection reports, design plans, and specifications under the direction of a higher-level engineer.

Technical knowledge, experience, and capabilities in area of practice.
Proficiency in computer-assisted engineering and office software and equipment.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in the English language.
Ability to define problems, collect/interpret data, evaluate facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
Bachelor's degree in civil, structural or ocean engineering from an accredited four-year university.
0-4 years of engineering experience.
Engineer-In-Training (EIT) or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
ADCI Commercial Diver or the ability to obtain within 12 months.
Valid US Driver’s License.
