Define and deploy visual merchandising principles to support brand image and commercial performance.
Manage planograms, merchandising guidelines and VM toolkits.
Ensure strong in-store storytelling and monitor VM execution.
Train and support local teams on standards and best practices.
Lead store design projects across all formats.
Manage architects, designers and external agencies.
Approve technical plans and drawings.
Act as the global point of contact for store design and visual merchandising.
Collaborate with Global Brand, Marketing, Retail Operations and Finance teams.
Analyze performance and optimize costs while preserving brand standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, retail, store design or a related field.
5+ years of experience in store design project management, visual merchandising, category management or retail excellence, preferably in the beauty, luxury or premium retail sector.
International exposure and experience working with multiple markets and agencies strongly preferred.
Strong project management skills, an analytical mindset, brand sensitivity and stakeholder management experience.
Tools: Proficient in Excel, reporting tools (e.g., Tableau), planogram software (IWD) and design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD).
Languages: Strong command of English and French; additional languages are a plus.
