About this role
Role Overview
Ensure accurate financial management for the Mail Order and Telephone Sales scopes (reporting, analyses, KPIs)
Ensure the reliability of budget forecasts and estimates (returns and unpaid orders, messaging costs, logistics, distribution, etc.)
Manage and control IT, marketing and communications expenses related to the scope
Secure working capital management (accounts receivable, accounts payable, stock provisions, etc.)
Contribute to the CSR initiative by monitoring an assigned action
Support the development of the apprentice’s skills and prioritize their assignments
Produce monthly closes, analyze actual vs. budget variances and propose action plans
Consolidate and distribute financial KPIs to stakeholders (Finance, IT, Marketing, Communications)
Prepare and update files tracking unit logistics and distribution costs for each country
Ensure data consistency in reporting systems (SAP, Group BI)
Prepare quarterly financial reviews and provide supporting materials for the Executive Committee’s decisions
Work closely with operational teams to validate assumptions and forecast volumes
Ensure adherence to budgetary commitments and escalate in case of deviations
Track the assigned CSR action and report on its progress
Hold regular meetings with the apprentice; validate their deliverables and develop their autonomy
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) – Business school or university with specialization in Finance, Management Control or equivalent
1 to 5 years in management control, ideally in a multi-country or retail/distribution environment
Accounting standards and month-end/close processes
Budgeting and forecasting methods
BI / ERP tools (SAP, Power BI)
CSR/ESG methods applied to finance
Financial performance analysis and KPIs
Modeling of logistics & distribution costs
Business plan development and scenario modeling
Cross-functional project management
Team leadership and knowledge transfer
Analytical mindset and rigor
