About this role
Role Overview
- Manage a high volume of invoices and ensure accurate payment processing
- Review, code, validate and process vendor invoices
- Research, track, and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements and address outstanding inquiries
- Maintain organized accounts payable records
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Working knowledge of Automatic Invoice matching system (3-way match)
- Minimum 3 years full cycle Accounts Payable experience or related finance role
- Working knowledge of ERP system, S4Hana and Open Text preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Effective communications skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented
