Develop and implement data protection and privacy policies to ensure compliance with the applicable data privacy laws and regulations
Provide legal advice in terms of data privacy laws and regulations to support new product launches and initiatives
Conduct privacy impact assessments to embed privacy requirements into business processes and operations
Analyze non-compliance loopholes in terms of data privacy laws and regulations in business practices and provide guidance to mitigate risks and close the gaps
Execute data mapping, access management and data sharing policies
Design and conduct appropriate training and awareness activities to secure policy adherence and awareness
Review an agreement and identified proactive solutions to eliminate or mitigate risks by revising the obligations in such agreement before entering into any business transactions
Ensure that business activities are conducted in conformity with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures
Monitor internal processes and business operations to be in compliance with ISO 27001, 27701, and related applicable laws in Thailand

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law
1-3 years proven experience at a law firm and/or work experience as an in-house lawyer involving in privacy and data protection related projects
Good knowledge in PDPA in Thailand
Highly analytical with a strong attention to details and a pragmatic approach
Able to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements
Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking environment
Eager to learn, open-minded and dynamic
Good verbal and written English communication skills
