Perform various office work which requires computer knowledge and secretarial skills
Provide general administrative support to the Water and Habitat Team
Translate from one or more languages into English, Ukrainian or Russian, and vice versa
Contribute to the department reporting in coordination with the Team Leader
Prepare the contract package based on the documents provided by the engineers
Ensure information flow within the Department / Sub-Delegation
Create and maintain paper or electronic files up-to-date, as well as ICRC tools
Is aware of the delegation’s objectives and has a good knowledge of the Movement
Requirements
Ukrainian citizenship or permanent residence permit in Ukraine
High school diploma or equivalent training
Fluent command of English, Ukrainian and Russian
Technical background as an asset
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint
Self-motivated with a strong commitment to teamwork and humanitarian principles
Flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
Ability to work independently, as well as effectively under supervision
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to work within a diverse team and establish and maintain good working relations in a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, and multi-disciplinary environment
