About this role
Role Overview
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for overseeing the department billing.
Will assist their teams/department with submission of the CCT TARs, and helping with other administrative duties for the department.
In charge of CCT tracking, transitions, enrollments and TARs that are submitted by the department.
Works on CCT billing spreadsheets.
Completes CCT visit logs and works through integration logs as needed.
Assists with completing DHCS CCT forms (ITCP, FTCP, DTRF0 based on the RN assessment).
Performs assigned duties determined by the CCT Manager or one of the CCT Lead Coordinators.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Has adequate computer experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
2+ years of Administration experience.
Is at least 18 years of age.
Has good organizational skills.
Is self-instructed and able to work with little supervision.
Has the ability to establish and maintain good communication with all staff both in the office and remote.
Has good written and verbal communication skills.
