Role Overview
- Assist in leading the implementation of IN2WORK
- Orientate new I2W instructors to meet program KPI’s
- Track and report program progress
- Support I2W graduates with reentry opportunities
- Provide support for food & warehouse programming
- Partner with operations for program implementation
- Facilitate orientation and training for instructors
- Manage and maintain I2W materials inventory
- Educate community groups on I2W and employment opportunities

- Self-starter, confident in abilities
- Detail-oriented, effective management of people
- Committed, results-driven leader
- Strong communication skills: oral and written
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Proven track record of managing initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Smartsheet is a plus
