Role Overview
- Define, implement, and execute the organization’s operational reporting and data strategy
- Lead the business reporting function tracking key metrics through automated dashboards
- Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure the right metrics are in place
- Ensure key performance metrics remain relevant and scalable
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in analytics and business intelligence
- Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into strategic business recommendations
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
