Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management preferred
- Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
- Proven ability leading through other managers
- Experience creating and managing a department budget
- Savvy interpersonal skills for effective communication
- Comfortable with contractual requirements and operational issues
