About this role
Role Overview
Manage IXOM’s largest water customers in Western Australia and Northern Territory
Drive growth and identify new business opportunities
Deliver exceptional value and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Monitor KPIs and proactively resolve issues
Lead strategic reviews and deliver insights through regular reporting
Negotiate and manage contracts to maximize value
Attend industry conferences and monitor market trends
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales role within the water industry
Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the organization
Commercial acumen and experience managing the full business development cycle, including contract management and municipal water tender bids
Background in water treatment (strongly preferred), with exposure to industrial, mining, or energy sectors
Resilient, self-motivated, and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Science, or a related field
