Role Overview
- Central point of contact for our customers after project kickoff
- Analysis of customer processes and derivation of appropriate automation approaches
- Facilitation and guidance of strategy and process workshops
- Translation of customer requirements into clear technical specifications for the tech team
- Operational implementation of low-code and automation solutions
- Close collaboration with product and development teams
- Structured reporting of customer feedback to inform software improvements
- Engagement with customers at project-lead and executive (CEO) level
Requirements
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Enjoyment in working with people and solution-oriented communication skills
- Strong understanding of processes and workflows
- Ability to explain technical concepts in an accessible way
- Independent and structured working style
- Understanding of software and system logic
- Experience with or strong interest in low-code and automation tools
- Ability to implement simple technical solutions independently
