Acts as the central coordinator for the newly established Corporate Affairs Digital Center of Excellence
Analyzes analytics reports to identify trends, underperforming content, and optimization opportunities across internal and external channels
Champions the digital communication strategy, ensuring consistency across channels
Works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure analytics reports are timely, comprehensive, and digestible
Serves as primary point of contact for digital analytics and insights agency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Communications or similar field
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, social media management and analysis
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, social media native analytics (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics), SEMrush/SEO and GEO tools, data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio), Asana, SharePoint, Poppulo
Ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
