Advising and supporting customers and dealers on Griptech premium products and long-standing partner solutions – on-site within your territory
Expanding existing business relationships and actively acquiring new customers
Independent market development: visit planning, pipeline management, and follow-up on quotes through to closing
Organizing and developing the customer base – with a clear focus on satisfaction, retention, and cross-selling
Close collaboration with Griptech internal support (technical, quotations, order processing)
Requirements
Residence in Germany close to the Swiss border; high willingness to travel throughout Switzerland
Completed vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, clerk for wholesale and foreign trade management, state-certified technician) – alternatively, several years of relevant professional experience in the industrial truck / intralogistics sector
Sales experience in a B2B environment, ideally with technical products
Hands-on mentality, confident manner, and strong negotiation skills
Passion for technical solutions and enjoyment of consultative, peer-level customer advising
